POCSO ACT NOT INTENDED FOR TEENAGERS ROMANTIC AFFAIR: ALLAHABAD HIGH COURT The teens had decided to enter into a nuptial knot and they have a baby out of this relationship, the Court in this case held that the rigors of the POCSO act would not come in their way.
