Bombay High Court direct banks to disburse crop loans to agriculturists without collecting interests
The Hon’ble High Court of Bombay vide order dated 09.10.2020 directed the Aurangabad District Central Co-operative Bank to disburse fresh crop loans to the agriculturists for the ongoing season without insisting on collecting interest, additionally ordering the bank to reimburse Rs.5, 00, 00, 000/ (Rupees Five Crore Only) that had already been collected towards payment of interests.
