Women in mental care facilities facing cruelties!
The Supreme Court while hearing a case noted that it was a grave concern that women in the mental care facilities are facing cruelties and ordered the Union Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment to discuss the concerned issues during the monthly monitoring meetings and ensure compliance. The court also ordered the Centre to file a status report before one week of the next hearing.
