Relying on the order passed by the Hon’ble court on 31st July 2019 in W.P.No.42927/2015, the Court held, “a right to have streets including footways in a good and reasonable condition will have to be held as an essential part of the fundamental rights conferred by Article 21 of the Constitution of India.
