Delhi HC restrains sale of “Vintage Moments” in suit filed by “Magic Moments” The Delhi High Court passed an ad interim order restraining the manufacturing, marketing, sale etc. of alcohol under the mark 'VINTAGE MOMENTS' in a suit filed by the manufacturers of the alcohol brand Magic Moments. The single judge bench of Justice Mukta Gupta while passing the interim order recorded that the plaintiff had successfully made out a prima facie case in its favour based on the documents filed and the sales figure shown by them. The High Court also issued summons in the trademark infringement suit.
