"SELLING COUNTERFEIT GOODS" The Delhi High Court, in the recent judgment, French luxury fashion and leather goods company, Louis Vuitton Malletier, sought to prevent several manufacturers from infringing on its registered trademarks. The court found that the defendant was using the name of the brand and taking undue advantage of the reputation of the brand and deceiving the customers with it.
