The Supreme Court extends the term of NCLT Delhi Acting President BSV Prakash Kumar.
The Hon’ble Supreme Court in response to a writ petition filed by National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal Bar Association extended the term of the acting President of the NCLT Delhi until a regular appointment is made to the post.
The direction was passed by a bench of Justices L Nageswara Rao, Hemant Gupta and Ajay Rastogi after Attorney General K.K. Venugopal submitted that the tenure of the acting President was being extended periodically.
