SHEENA BORA MURDER] INDRANI MUKERJEA'S BAIL PLEA DISMISSED BY BOMBAY HIGH COURT. Mukerjea, prime accused in the 2015 murder case of her daughter, approached the High Court with her first bail application on merits which was dismissed by Justice NW Sambre. Mukerjea was arrested in 2015 and charge sheet as accused of offences punishable under Sections 120B (criminal conspiracy), 364 (kidnapping), 302 (murder) and 201 (destruction of evidence) of the Indian Penal Code.
