Kerala High Court grants bail The Kerala High Court granted bail to 10 CPI(M) workers accused of Muslim League worker’s murder during the Thalassery post-poll violence. The judge while granting bail stated that the area was a hub of political rivalry and that keeping in view the amount of pending cases relating to political violence the case will not come up for a long time and that would result in protraction of trial and indefinite detention of petitioners in custody which is not expedient not in public interest.
