Karnataka High Court upholds Land reservation for Girls Hostel The Hon’ble Court while upholding such reservation of land observed that it is in consonance with Article 15 (3) of the constitution. The Court rejected the contention of the petitioner that the said land should be utilised for construction of community hall for SC ST members who resided within that locality.
