JUDGE WHO WAS SUSPENDED BY JAMMU AND KASHMIR HIGH COURT ON COMPLAINT BY BAR ASSOCIATION REINSTATED ON HUMANITARIAN GROUNDS Civil Judge Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone was reinstated because he is suffering from a serious ailment. The suspension was revoked in humanitarian grounds considering serious health issues being faced by Lone. The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has revoked the suspension order of Civil Judge Imtiyaz Ahmad Lone, who was suspended by the Court earlier after a written complaint was filed against him by the Bar Association, Uri. Lone would be reinstated with immediate effect and shall be paid full. On reinstatement, the judge has been posted at Srinagar Wing of the High Court against the Leave Reserve post of Civil Judge (Senior Judge), the order issued on Friday stated salary from the date of his reinstatement.
