INSTALLING LOUDSPEAKERS IN MOSQUES Rakesh P v. State of Karnataka The petition was filed against the noise pollution by installing loud speaker outside the mosque. The bench referred to the Rule 5(3) of the Noise Pollution rules which restricts the use of loud speakers/ public address system. Also stated that there should be some material placed on record by the petitioners that such permissions are being issued.
