GUJARAT HIGH COURT OPINES ON BAIL APPLICATION IN AN NDPS CASE The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS Act), was brought to control and regulate any operation relating to narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances. It mentioned all the controlled substances and defined it.
