Financial assistance from PM cares The Supreme Court issued a notice to Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS) in a plea filed by a woman who is seeking the release of Rs. 1 crore from the PM cares and State CM release funds as her husband is in need of a lung transplant and she has already exhausted all her savings for the post covid treatment of her husband. The court had also told the petitioner that nothing could be done but still served a notice to the government as well to see if something could be done from their end. The please basically says that not providing financial assistance to save life of the husband is in violation of article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.
