"New Electronic-filing portal" The Supreme Court on 1st may 2023 released a test version of its new electronic filing portal for crowd testing, which is headed by Honorable Chief Justice of India Mr. D.Y. Chandrachud . It's great to see that the Indian judiciary is making efforts towards digitization and adopting technology to make court proceedings more efficient and eco-friendly. The direction given to High Courts by the CJI in October 2021 to ensure e-filing of all cases filed by the government is a step in the right direction towards a paperless court system.
